Welcome to Progene. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (the "Purchaser") and Progene (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing any products, you expressly agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms outlined herein, you are strictly prohibited from utilizing this platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Expert User Doctrine
By engaging with this platform, the Purchaser warrants that they are at least 18 years of age and operating as a qualified researcher on behalf of a recognized institution, laboratory, or independent research facility. The Purchaser agrees that the purchase, handling, and application of all products require specialized scientific knowledge, and the Purchaser possesses the requisite expertise to safely manage these materials.
2. Absolute Limitation of Use (Non-Clinical Warranty)
All products distributed by Progene are strictly and exclusively for IN-VITRO LABORATORY RESEARCH USE ONLY.

RUO Designation: Research Use Only (RUO) is a regulatory classification indicating that a product has not been evaluated or approved by regulatory bodies for use in clinical diagnostics, therapeutic applications, or human consumption.

Prohibited Applications: The Purchaser warrants that no products will be used for human or animal applications, including but not limited to clinical trials, diagnostics, therapeutic use, or any form of ingestion, injection, or topical application.

Zero Tolerance Policy: The self-administration, injection, ingestion, inhalation, topical application, or any other form of human use of any product sold by Progene is strictly and absolutely prohibited. Any customer found or suspected to be purchasing our products for human use or any purpose inconsistent with legitimate in vitro research will be immediately and permanently refused service.
3. Source Origin & Quality Verification
Progene distributes high-purity, analytical-grade biochemicals synthesized in South Korea. While the Company provides High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Mass Spectrometry (MS) documentation for research reference, the RUO designation does not indicate the product is suitable for any form of clinical application. The Purchaser assumes full responsibility for independently verifying chemical properties and conducting all appropriate safety protocols prior to experimental use.
4. Assumption of Risk & Liability Disclaimer
The Purchaser acknowledges that handling biochemical reagents involves inherent physical, chemical, and biological hazards.

Assumption of Risk: Any individual who chooses to handle, dilute, or apply any Progene product does so entirely of their own free will and assumes complete and sole personal responsibility for any and all consequences, including but not limited to injury, illness, permanent disability, or death.

Complete Disclaimer: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Progene, its officers, employees, agents, and manufacturing affiliates shall bear no liability of any kind, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, for any harm resulting from improper storage, handling, or misuse of compounds.

No Medical Advice: Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, clinical guidance, or a recommendation for use of any kind outside of controlled in vitro research.
5. Intellectual Property & Marketing Disclaimer
All product descriptions, digital content, scientific summaries, and marketing materials on the Progene website are provided strictly for informational and research-reference purposes. Digital content is not intended to serve as a technical manual or dosing guide. Progene retains full intellectual property rights over all proprietary branding, text, and digital assets associated with the platform.
6. Payments, Order Refusal, and Cancellations
Progene reserves the right to cancel any order, freeze an account, or decline service without prior notice if a breach of these Terms and Conditions is suspected.

All transactions are processed securely. The Company is not responsible for international transaction fees or currency conversion discrepancies.

The Purchaser represents that all billing and shipping information provided is accurate and belongs to a legally authorized entity.
7. Indemnification
The Purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Progene against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from the Purchaser’s misuse of the products, failure to comply with applicable laws, or breach of this Agreement.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to the purchase of products from Progene shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the Emirate of Dubai. The Purchaser irrevocably consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dubai, UAE, for the resolution of any legal matters.
